You can take prenatal vitamins, helps to stimulate the ovaries, if you tried to think for one year. We had bad luck. I began taking them hope, maybe I needed a little folic acid or something. I also heard if you take a prenatal vitamin, which can sometimes help resolve the menstruation? is that true? any help would be great!

It is a good way to get your body prepared for pregnancy, not help but understand. It is a misconception. Try it with the mix of fertility in women. What specific vitamins, etc.. . only for your cycle! Then go to prenatal if you know that you are pregnant. =)
